PETBUX AFFILIATE MARKETPLACE — Effective Date: January 1st 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PetBux Affiliate Marketplace ("PetBux," "we," "our," or "us"), which is owned and operated by Clique Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Clique Inc.").
By creating an account or using the PetBux website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the PetBux website immediately.
PetBux operates a cashback affiliate marketplace that allows users ("Members") to earn cashback rewards when making purchases through participating brands using affiliate tracking links. PetBux receives commissions from affiliate networks and brands and may share a portion of those commissions with Members in the form of cashback rewards.
To create a PetBux account you must:
Each individual may maintain only one Member account. All information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
PetBux provides cashback rewards on qualifying purchases tracked through affiliate networks. Cashback is not guaranteed and may vary or change at any time.
To earn cashback, Members must:
PetBux relies on reporting from affiliate networks. If a brand or network does not attribute the purchase to PetBux, no cashback will be issued.
Cashback applies only to the net purchase amount, excluding:
Purchases using gift cards may not qualify if the affiliate network excludes them.
Cashback is shown as Pending until PetBux receives final confirmation from the affiliate network. Timing varies by brand, category, and network policies.
Members must accumulate at least $10.00 USD in confirmed cashback before requesting a payout.
PetBux pays Members using:
PetBux is not responsible for incorrect payment information provided by Members.
PetBux may offer referral rewards to Members who invite others to join the website.
Referral reward amounts, eligibility requirements, and payout conditions are:
Any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious referral activity may result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.
PetBux uses affiliate links from networks such as:
PetBux is not responsible for:
If PetBux does not receive payment from the network, cashback cannot be issued.
PetBux may suspend or terminate Member accounts for:
If fraud is suspected, PetBux may delay payouts until verification is complete.
If a Member does not click through or shop using PetBux for more than 12 months, PetBux may:
Fees will never reduce the balance below zero.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
Purchases are governed by the policies of each participating brand. PetBux is not responsible for:
All PetBux trademarks, logos, website elements, and materials are the property of PetBux. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse PetBux intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
PetBux is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including:
PetBux's maximum liability shall not exceed $50 USD or the total cashback you earned in the past 12 months — whichever is greater.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of PetBux (a product of Clique Inc.) shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by JAMS, in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures.
Venue for all arbitration proceedings shall be the JAMS Orange County Resolution Center, or, if unavailable, the nearest JAMS facility to Orange County, California.
By using PetBux, you and Clique Inc. expressly waive:
All arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. This Arbitration Agreement survives termination of your PetBux account.
PetBux (owned and operated by Clique Inc.) offers an optional referral program ("Referral Program") that allows users to earn referral rewards when they invite new users to PetBux.
By participating, you agree to the following terms:
Each PetBux user receives a unique referral link inside their account, which may be shared with friends, family, or others.
A "Referred User" is considered valid only if they:
Referral rewards are earned only on the Referred User's first qualifying purchase.
No referral rewards are paid on any subsequent purchases made by the Referred User.
When a Referred User makes a qualifying purchase, PetBux will pay the Referrer a reward equal to:
Up to 50% of the net commission PetBux actually receives from the merchant for that purchase.
Referral rewards become payable only after:
This process may take 2–12 weeks depending on the merchant.
Referral rewards are added to the referrer's PetBux account balance and are paid out along with normal cashback via PayPal or Zelle once the user meets the minimum payout threshold defined in Section 10 of these Terms.
There is no minimum number of referrals required. You may earn referral rewards for an unlimited number of Referred Users.
Clique Inc. reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or terminate referral rewards if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, including but not limited to:
PetBux's decisions regarding fraud are final.
PetBux may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time with or without notice. Accrued, confirmed referral rewards will still be honored unless obtained through fraud or abuse.
PetBux does not guarantee:
Referral rewards are solely dependent on PetBux receiving commission from a third-party merchant via its affiliate network.
PetBux may suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms. Members may close their account at any time. Upon termination, unconfirmed cashback is forfeited.
PetBux may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
